Andy Normandale, Guitar Teacher

Beginners concentrate on learning basic techniques and once those are mastered start learning to read music. After about a year pupils start working towards exams, usually with the Trinity Guildhall examining board, though taking exams is completely optional. Over recent years approximately 95% of Andy’s pupils passed their exams, 10% with distinction and 50% with merit. Pupils can also be supported taking music at GCSE and A level.
